Shipping Methods

All shipping is flat rate and we strive to ship within 24 hours of the order, excluding weekends, which will be shipped on Mondays and public holidays, the day after.

They will come in a hard white gift box with a travel bag.

Los envíos son de tarifa plana y todos irán dentro de 24 horas desde el pedido, excluyendo fines de semana, que irán los lunes.

Vendrán en una caja de regalo duro con una bolsa de tela para viajes.

Spain

  • Para clientes españoles, el stock saldrá desde Madrid. Hay dos opciones de envío para elegir cuando llegues al checkout; 1) por correo certificado o 2) por SEUR, MRW o TNT

Australia

  • All the online stock is already on the ground in Brisbane from where it will be dispatched for a quick turn around.

  • There are three options at checkout; 1) Standard Australia post (2 or more business days delivery depending on your postcode) or 2) Flat rate Express Australia Post (Next business day delivery if you are within the Express Post Network, sorry Perth and Darwin, you aren't) 3) Pick up in Bardon, Brisbane. We will message to arrange the pick up.

The Rest of the World

  • For all other countries there is flat rate shipping either certified by Spanish Post or with a courier company, just select your country at checkout. Your stock will be leaving from either Madrid (Spain) or Brisbane (Australia) depending on which country is the closest, to make the shipping as fast as possible.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I want all of my pieces to be adored and adorning as long as possible. I have a 7 day (counting from the day the piece is received in the mail) return policy. If you decide that they aren't what you hoped for, so long as they haven't been worn and haven't been damaged in any way. You can choose from a full refund, credit or exchange, but return postage must be covered by the customer.

Every piece is a delicate handcraft and should be handled with great care. I hand make everything myself and strive for quality and perfection, but if a piece should be faulty I will give you a full refund, credit or exchange.
